Help pc wont post

I accidentally pressed my clear CMOS or Bios flashback while trying to plug in a USB. My system instally powered off and now wont post.

Usually,it resets the memory of CMOS and turns on after 5 to 6 minutes. Do you have tried to turn your system on and wait? If you have done it but nothing happens then check your HDMI cable is connected properly or not. Also try to remove the RAM and clean it with microfiber cloth and put it back, this also may solve the issue. Can you tell me what it shows on monitor after turning on your PC?
