audio problems

my pc randomly swaps to different settings for audio and randomly just sets up the speakers in my dualsense 5 controller(NO its not a virus as I just built it two weeks ago and it has been doing this since I first connected the controller for gaming use not audio)but nonetheless is there any way to turn this setting off or why its happening?
