Will an Intel Core i5-12600K 3.7 GHz 10-Core Processor + RTX 4070 Ti SUPER OC 16GB have bottlenecking to like 50 to 60%?
I know very very little knowledge about bottlenecking.
My current GPU is just an 4060 8gb ram.

What should I upgrade? The processor or the GPU? Or both perhaps? I have a decent motherboard that can go up to 13th gen Intel but not to ddr5 (and no, I don't wanna use ryzen, so don't recommend it)

And by your post, like most new builders, you've got your understanding of it all wrong. Do yourself a favor and forget you heard that term as its only going to cause more harm then good. A 12600k can handle a 4060 or 4070Ti Super just fine in any modern title.

If you're playing at 1080p currently, a GPU upgrade will go mostly wasted over a 4060. If you're at or plan to be at 1440p or above soon, a 4070TI Super will be fantastic.
