Pc shows no sign of life

Last night my pc was running just fine i finished my gaming got up and left in on for half an hour as my mouse was charging on its dock after half an hour i came to my pc to shut it off but the pc seem unresponsive so I thought it may have just hanged or something so i tried to shut it of from the power switch but that didn’t do anything as well then i tried everything but i didn’t do anything so my last resort was to switch of my power supply switch so i did that but since then my pc is showing no signs of life and i have tried switching power supplies tried to jump the pins on motherboard as i thought the buttons went bad but nothing seems to work can anyone please help me with a solution i am scared that i might have bricked my mobo

Clear CMOS or try another PSU

Cleared it and tried another psu both psu working just fine did the paper clip thing and everything worked does this mean my mobo is bad ?

Hard to say. Also I have no idea of what parts you're using.
