Total Gym

The total gym arrived intact the day after I ordered it. It seems to work fine. The flash cards of exercises describe them well with picture. It is color coded by area of body worked on. I did not use the videos since you had to sign up to view them, even the free ones. My muscles feel appropriately sore without going over into injury pain after use.

The moving bench could be a bit longer. I’m about 5’ 8” and my head is just barely at the head of the bench with my feet drawn up at the knees to have them at the bottom. Someone taller than me would probably have trouble with it.

It was on sale when I picked it up. I mostly got it because of how tightly it folds up for storage as shown on the sales page. What isn’t mentioned is that all attachments must be removed from it for storage. I got a small basket to keep them in, but if you are very space limited keep that in mind. The picture of the smiling lady next the to folded device didn’t have the attachments in place, but I think this section of the page could use an asterisk.
