right now i have gtx 1660 super and i5-9400f. I want to upgrade because i want to have rtx, dlss and other new features. I plan on buying 1440p 144hz display.

The reality is there will always be a next-gen "soon". Just get the 4070 super now and you will still be happy for years to come. I bought one last month and I love it over my 2060.

Why would you wait for 4 years for a better gpu experience, but then not have a good enough gpu to drive your games with the features for 4 years?

7800 XT for amd 

upgrade to am5 if you've got the money

get the 7600, B650M pro RS (wifi if you need it), cheapest 2x16gb 6000 CL30 kit you can find and a 4070/7800 XT
