SSD Raid0 Stability Issues

So my Raid0 has two samsung evo 840 500GB, and my motherboard is EVGA x79 dark. OS is Win7 home premium, all drivers are up to date. I have had this setup for about a week now. So far it runs into bluescreen issues (namely 0x0000001E) every few days... Anyone has any idea why this is happening?

So I went into the event finder and checked for my error, here's what I got:
