Disk usage in Task Manager

My laptop, an ASUS ROG G750JX, have problems where the disk usage in task manage shows a high percentage. Sometimes, a process uses 2mb/s disk usage and the percentage goes up to around 50%. This causes my read/write speeds to reduce a lot. I wonder what could be the cause. I've made a few post about this problem but yet I can't find the fix. Here's a "specification" on both my HDD. My Windows 8.1 is installed on the Toshiba drive.
