CPU~Cooler TDP Question

So i want to replace a stock AMD cooler but the CPU is 95w TDP and the cooling in question says it can only cool 65w however shouldnt it be better than the stock cooler? Its this one

The stock cooler would have had a significantly lower fin density than that Noctua cooler, I'm puzzled as to why the max TDP is 65w.

I would buy a H75 instead, because the L9 has some issues with cooling some Intel CPUs.

Forgot to mention its in a ITX case. These are the only three that will fit

Yeah im kinda thinking maybe its minimum or something. idk, it was on Noctua's site though

I suggested you a Scythe Big Shuriken 2 Rev B, it's one of the best Low Profile CPU coolers out there.

Their are tons of reviews of the Noctua L9 on 95w TDP CPU's and it cools them easily. I think im just going to go with that as I want this thing to be dead silent. Thanks though, i cant find a Scythe Big Shuriken.
