Adobe CC storage setup help

I have a qnap drive and have adobe cc in Macs which want to save on creative cloud and qnap simultaneously what would be the ideal setup the qnap would be used when in the office to work from the drive itself and creative cloud  when they are at home

Ooof, that's HARD. I'd be really tempted to ditch the CC storage, set up a VPN for remote workers to edit off the QNAP, and use B2 to backup the NAS. That way you have an authoritative data source, plus a full backup all with no syncing issues.
