Elden Ring performance problems with 3070

I have an EVGA FTW3 GPU and its acting extremely strange, extremely low temps, extremely low fps, I am playing Elden Ring with Ray Tracing maxed out, the temps don't go past 44-45c and fps is anywhere from 50 to 15 in certain areas

 

 

Specs:

I5 12600

32Gb 3600mhz DDR4

EVGA FTW3 3070

What does per-core CPU usage look like? Sounds like you might be CPU limited.

 

Though ray tracing killing performance in Elden Ring is kind of expected
