I lightly tinkered with my pc and this error showed up need help

Straight to the point

-i opened my pc to checked out my ram

-i lightly moved around my cables and repositioned them too

-i took off my graphics card so i can take off my ram

-the cables were in the way of the ram

-i sat there for atleast 5 mins checking out my ram wondering why its half the size of most ddr3 ram i usually see

-i seated my ram

-i cleaned my gpu with liquid at all only earbuds and cottons i found

-i put everything back to their places

 

-i boot it up it says error code "0x00000e"

-intel dh61cr mobo

-gtx 950

-2 pieces of 4gb ddr3 ram
