Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: MSFS 24,(yes i know its not released), MSFS 20, Roblox, henai heros lol jk

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I have all peripherals except for a monitor. I want to play at at least medium settings, if possible. Also need a budget side stick.

1080p? As it seems feasible, 1440p not. Though also depends what frame rate are you after. Just that MSFS 24 is very low fps at 1440p with that budget and in my opinion ~24" monitors are not dead yet.

6650xt is pretty slow. Go up abt ~10$ and get a decent jump with a used rx 6700.

No, the nearest microcenter is in Virginia Beach, which is about a 50 mile drive.
