YouTube Issues

When I try to press on some buttons on both youtube and youtube studio, they do not do anything even though they play the animation that signals that they have been pressed. This is the case regardless of what account, computer, or browser I am on. How can I fix this?

So you're saying the only common factor is you? As in, a family member can do it just fine on their computer but they hand you the mouse and all of a sudden just you can't click on anything? 

 

Mostly a joke but its pointing out that there is a common factor here you're not accounting a for. Browser, extensions installed, etc..
