cnc plasma pc case

I am looking to build a pc for my cnc plasma table. Does anyone know of any cases that work well in a metal shop. there will be sparks, lots of dust and it will be outdoors under a covered area. Do you think a rugged laptop would be a better choice? thanks

If you go for a low enough power system, you could probably passively cool the whole box and avoid sucking in any dust / metal at all.

But it won't be easy.  

How much CPU Horsepower do you need to drive the CNC?

 

Or, what about a fiberoptic cable, and putting the PC in the next room, safe from the metalshop chaos?
