[ Moved to Laptops and Prebuilt Systems ]

 

Those prebuilt Optiplex machines typically have very small power supplies. (If you're lucky, it's a 360 watt unit with one 6-pin PCIe power cable.)

 

I wouldn't count on being able to run any video card that requires PCIe power. Cards that only draw power from the slot should be okay.

As mentioned above by @Needfuldoer  A GPU that does not require an external power connector would be your best bet.

A used 1050ti or some versions of the GTX 1650 does not require external power.

Same for the Radeon RX 6400.
