I'm planning to buy GPU for my first PC and currently only RX7600 from AsRock is available, are GPU from AsRock reliable for long term use?

AsRock is a reputable brand. Most board partners are pretty much the same with them taking turns being called out for something on a specific product every other year lol. Just stay away from the unknown names coming out of Shenzhen that you'll find on AliExpress. If you're worried about long term reliability just look at which one has the better warranty.
