pc not posting

hey there! 

i recently decided to upgrade my pc as my 3070 couldn’t really play games at 4k, so today my 7900 xtx arrived. so i plug it in, ddu the old drivers and install the new ones, and i go run 3d mark. it showed up as not installed so i messed around a bit with the sata ports thinking it was a connection issue( maybe they were nudged when i was putting the card in). after a few restarts i realize i had unplugged the sata power cables from my psu, i plug it in and Voila! the pc never posted again…

 

i’ve tried everything, i’ve reseated everything and currently the system starts up but does not post, and the cpu stays cold to the touch. 

what do?
