Budget (including currency):聽300-400 USD (can change)

Country:聽no healthcare for free (USA)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:聽VR and unity mainly, current rig gets like 20-30 fps on vrchat with slow unity imports馃槶

Other details: I have a dell xps 8930 right now, it has a i7-8700 with 32 gbs of ddr4 3200 mhz ram (downclocked bc of dell's bios to 2133 mhz) with a AMD 6600 XT with a old driver (22.5.1 instead of 24.2.1, more info later), a 700 watt EVGA bronze rated psu, and 1 m.2 drive with one ssd. I'm hoping to keep the ram, psu, gpu maybe, and storage, I have a聽MSI MPG Series GUNGNIR 110R case already. I just need to know whats good, used or new. I may wait to buy the parts for like 2-3 months if that makes a difference. Noise is no issue, i do not care how loud it is, i just want it to be fast. It will be on the carpet however as the listing for the desk i bought had wrong measurements. With the previously said driver version thing, the reason it has to be that is because while in vr, any other driver version will cause videos inside vr to become green and all messed up and causes crashing. (https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/22-5-2-and-newer-has-bugs-in-vrchat-through-video-player/m-p/560479) I would perfer to go super cheap on the motherboard and get a super good cpu as right now my software for just face tracking in vr uses 20-30% of my cpu with other needed things for vr taking 20-30% as well. (pc pic attached for those interested, its open so it doesnt overheat)
