i7 10510Y Y processor compared to the U?

Does anyone have any info about the Y series and how similar or dissimilar they are to the U series please?. Not sure if the Y series are weaker, for some reason I always associate it with fanless laptops and in general low powered

Comparing the 10510U to the 10510Y, the Y is a 9W TDP limited variant compared the U's 15W or up to 25W. That drops its clock speeds considerably.

That'll dramatically affect performance on an already limited CPU by 2024 standards.
