HDD extreme performance decrease after automatic windows disk repair

So something went wrong i guess and windows performed a disk repair and now my HDD is extremely slow, Its read is 12 mb and write is 25mb, i usually get at least 70 up and down. It's a 1tb wd green and 70% full

I have a lot of upgrade plans, and no money  :)
