Need some help.

I recently upgraded my GPU from 1650 to 4060.

It was working fine but after playing cyberpunk for some hours, i got some memory error and PC just won't work.

First i got stuck in BIOS loop, after that i tried to reinstall Win and it got stuck in that too.

My PC got fked like this in feb n march too when i used Adobe apps. 

I just feel like my PC can't handle load anymore.

It is the ram that is faulty, or SSD.

Maybe the motherboard.

I did memtest before but no issue.

Now i did memory dia and still no problem. Did SFC/scannow , chkdsk too, Said some problem are detected and repaired them.

But still my PC just won't open now.

 

Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?

My motherboard - Gigabyte H470M DS3H 

Processor -i7 10700F

GPU - Asus Dual 4060

Ram - Crucial Basic 16x1 2666mhz

SSD - XPG GAMMIX S5 256GB

HDD - WD 1TB

PSU - MSI 650W

that's a very weird problem. I suggest maybe re-install the CPU even if it worked before! that could cause ram errors. also what exactly happens after booting?
