Xbox 360 controller blinking

Hey guys, I know I'm 15 years late (joking), but I got my old Rock Band 2 guitar connected to the PC via official Microsoft Xbox 360 bluetooth adapter, it works perfectly but the LED blinks 3 times and it stops. What could it be?
