I have a GPU that gets really hot TJmax temps (110c) 70c Temp and Idk what to do.  To be clear I have had no instability and it has worked fine but I am worried it is going to brake. Should I try to do something about it I have thermal paste but no thermal pads to add to if I try to take it apart I am worried I have to replace them. I know they're cheap but I am a broke student who will basically have no money till next summer I will get a job again.  Lmk if I am over reacting and it's fine.  I will show some screen shots.

My specs are

RX 5700 XT Phantom Gaming

i5 10400f

Gigabyte B460 Mobo

32 GBS Ram

2TB storage

Mine is like 6 months old though it was stupidly cheap when I got it new. I I re paste it do I have to replace thermal pads?

New ? How that ? Production was stopped maybe 3 years ago.. Even if it collected dust in a hangar since, paste still dried

You can also change pads but it's not required unless your VRAM temps are also bad

It was on Amazon seriously brand new in box. VRAM Temps are fine so I suppose that does not need to change.

yeah

you need to repaste that

and also remember that 5700xt is a very power hungry chip and it will get very hot

so don't be afraid if temps are a little higher than you expect even after a repaste
