Hi everyone,

I am upgrading from PowerColor AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB AXRX 5600XT 6GBD6-3DHV2/OC to a ZOTAC GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Trinity DLSS 3 12GB GDDR6X Graphics Card. Because of this I also upgraded my PSU to a Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 1200W, True 600W 12VHPWR Connectors on PSU & NVIDIA RTX 40 Series, ATX 3.0/PCI-E 5.0, 80+ Gold, SLI/Crossfire Ready Power Supply, PS-TPD-1200FNFAGU-L.

I swapped everything out and it will not post. Everything comes on but I get a white VGA light and no display. If I switch back to my old GPU everything works fine. I ran DDU to remove all drivers and when it shutdown for the GPU swap, I swapped out and same story. No post, white VGA light. I don't have any way of testing the GPU. It's brand new, just took it out of the box today. Everything is connected well and it's plugged in via HDMI to the only port on the GPU. Also I'm using the 12VHPWR from the PSU and but the Nvidia adapter cable.
