I plan to buy it around the end of summer once I finish my summer job, I've never had a PC, I would like to have 1090x1080p with 144hz so that I can connect a ps5.  i already have a Intel Core i5-12600KF, MSI Z790-P Pro WiFi DDR4 and a G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4-3200 Kit for 250 usd. 

 

if you can help with perfierals I already have a keyboard I need a good but budget mouse for bigger handed people and I also need a good but budget monitor, a monitor arm, and a decent desk and chair with the perfierals the total budget is around 800-850 usd

Monitor arm, desk, and chair is gonna be a later addition in my humble opinion, try to find a flat surface that can sit level or above your current dining chair. I mean i used my study desk the first time i got a PC. My mum wasnt pleased.

If you need to compress this to firm 850, Used 6600XT is the only one i could recommend with straight face without it being a waste of time. Please disclose if the CPU combo is excluded out of the budget.

7600 gets beat by 6700xt, no? You can find that decently cheap used, definetly less than a new 7600 iirc
