Hi, I have this problem for some time now, it happened to stop for some time and come back. My motherboard beeps 4 or 5 times on start (not sure but 99%, 4 times), after that when computer start's it work's normaly, but it doesn't start any of apps that should have been started. I had same problem with my previous mother board, it beeped as well, don't rembeber how many times, but it was gigabyt ab350-gaming3 mother board. After that this motherboard happend to break down and i changed it and my cpu. RAM is still the same and I am thinking if it's RAM's fault and if I should finally change it. I upgraded GPU around 3 months ago, so it should be faultless.
PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
GPU: Sapphire RX 6700 XT Pulse 12GB

MB: Asrock b550m-hdv

RAM: G.skill ripjaws V 16GB 3200MHz
PSU: SilentiumPC Vero L3 Bronze 600W

See what frequency the RAM is running at in task manager. If it's running at its rated 3200 speed then try turning off XMP and confirm if the problem persists.

The problem is that it is not consistant. Even now when I turned on my pc for the first time today it happend and I had to restart it to work normaly. Few minutes ago I restarted it 2 times and nothing. No error, no beeps, works perfectly

Ah, that's the most annoying kind of problem. From what I've heard, a lot of these inconsistent problems can come from either mild RAM instability or a wonky PSU.

I don't have any spare RAM and even more I don't have spare PSU to check if it will resolve the problem. What would you recomend as my next step?
