Network Discovery Issue

I have 3 Systems on my network a Synology NAS, Windows 10 Pro and a Windows 11 Pro.

 

I can see the NAS on both  Windows 10 Pro & Windows 11 Pro but neither Windows PC can see one another, it did work when I put in a Wi-Fi dongle for a day but now nothing.

 

I have Network discovery and file sharing enabled on both as well as each pc is in shared mode on respectable drives needed.

 

What is causing this issue and how can I resolve this I have files to transfer to the win 11 pro system and don't want to go the old days of putting them on flash pc external drive to transfer.
