pc freeze

Hey, Im having issues with my pc it freezes up, sometimes it crashes the current game im running, it allso happens while i'm not playing as well 
there is no error the pc doesn't crash just freezing up

im running
Windows 11 64bit 
Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2 FX 
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X (Stabel around 70 degree in core temp under load) 
Motherboard:MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI
Ram: Team Group T-Force Delta RGB - 32GB: 2x16GB DDR5 RAM 6200Mhz
PSU: GIGABYTE UD750Gm 80 gold Plus
GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 
Disc 1: Samsung SSD 980 1TB m.2
Disc 2: 447Gb TEAM T253X1480G 
Monitor 1: MSI MAG272 
Monitor 2: Samsung S24F350
Bios AMI 1.80 24.05.2023

Is the freeze recoverable with CTRL+ALT+DEL or do you need to restart?

 

Have you tried with XMP disabled?

 

Have you checked the SMART status of your SSDs?

it is recoverable either wait or CTRL + ALT + DEL works normaly takes around 30 sek 
i have not tried whit XMP disabled 
Yes SSD's is fine

Ive tryed turning XMP off now ill give feedback when i meet the issue again

I see. If the freeze is recoverable, it might be a driver or software problem.

All drivers is up to date im pretty sure ive been over all of them so software problem is the most possible eny way to check?

You could have a look in the event viewer for the time when it freezes.

 

Common problems: RGB software, wireless software, keyboard/mouse software.

Disabeling XMP wasent working and nothing is showing in event viewer

Hey after running the log i got errors of the samt type 
4 Critical errors
"The system has rebooted without properly shutting down first. This error can be caused by the system becoming unresponsive, crashing, or power loss unexpectedly."

is that just me doing a restart? 
ive done a few hard restarts

Probably, that error is usually meaningless from a troubleshooting perspective.
