Looking for a USB hub with type A and C?

So my computer is about 15 ft away in another room, and I want to bring a lot of the IO from the other room into my current office on my desk. The only docks I can find are either these giant expensive AIO docks with ethernet and display connectivity etc, or shitty USB splitters that are low speed. Does anyone make any dock that's actually just a really nice USB hub I can bring to my desk that has high speed USB C and A?

USB Hubs ARE shitty USB splitters with low speed.

It's like adding a power strip to a power strip. You have more outlets, but you're still limited by same circuit.

 

Keeping your computer in another room is an expensive problem, therefore you need to pay for expensive solutions.

I'm fine with expensive. What am I looking at here?
