Rclone

I am using proton drive with Rclone on linux and I want to know how to use rclone to sync the same folder on computer A(Linux with the original folder) and edit it from computer B(Windows) with the changes synced to proton drive?(it is like a central node. Such that each child node that makes changes to the folder will change the parent node directly). Thanks in advance 🙂
