Hey everyone, I’m posting on @Other James's behalf today because he insisted on having a birthday today. It’s a pretty brief update this time, so here’s what we wanted to touch on:

GMG and Region-Specific Promos

We saw a post regarding a promo that Green Man Gaming was running not working. The reason was that the promo was unavailable in OP’s region. We’re sorry that OP had to contact support in order to figure out why the promo wouldn’t work. They started their post requesting that we specify if something is unavailable in select areas. This is something we have done in the past, admittedly, only for some regions that encapsulate the majority of our audience (i.e. giveaway X is only available for United States citizens). There is also the odd time when our primary contact honestly doesn’t know if the promo is region-specific. This is all to say that we will try to follow up with the brands we work with and find ways to specify region specificity in the ad read or description.
