CPU/System Interrupts causing performance issues

CPU Utilization consistently maxed out with an AMD 5800x, i'm seeing it booked up by something called system interrupts in the task manager. i'm currently trying to redownload/update drivers and might dip into a mb bios update. Of course this has had an impact on pc performance. Any ideas on what to try to regain performance? slow to open and take inputs on programs.

no overheating or shutdown issues.

CPU 5800x

ROG Strix X570-E Gaming

GPU - GeForce RTX™ 3080 VENTUS 3X 10G OC

DIMM - 4x16gbs 3600mhz

Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

figure out what's eating all your cycles.

"System Interrupts" seems weird.  Try rebooting into safe mode and see what it does?
