I made this PC build and I wanted to consult others to see if there was a problem, if I needed to swap out some parts exc. I will be using this build for mostly gaming. I will be using a 1080p monitor. I also plan on installing Windows 11 Home. I'm trying to not go over $US 900 but can make little exceptions.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I'd go with something like this. Buy reseller win 11 key for a fraction. BIOS should be fine for 7500F and look around stores, rarely ever on shelves but online can order

Win 10 trial is free with watermark and below $900. I'd do that and upgrade to win 11, some have told me the watermark then disappears after upgrade and they get legit win 11. I'm still on win 10 so very usable even if you stay.

I hope case comes with fans, can't tell. Can easily swap to a case with fans or spend $15 more for 5 fan pack:

Not really. 4070, 3070 is outside the budget and 60 tier below that isn't really worth it, at least not new. new 3070 is extra $70, you could consider used for those more than $70 savings but used comes with its own risks, especially for a new PC builder like you.
