NEW BUILD PROBLEM

 I am running into an issue where my new build isn’t booting. I built the PC out of scraps from previous builds. All components are good and have been used on previous builds for testing.
 I put everything together and now my ram and usb devices aren’t being detected. I have gone through every troubleshooting process I can think of and have hit a wall. The only new component I have bought was a new GPU (only purchased because I wanted to check out the 40 series).
 Here is a list of the systems specs;

intel i7 4780k

asus z590-a motherboard

PNY 8gb RTX 4060 (brand new just purchased)

16gb of ddr4 ram

1.5 tb of storage

700w power supply

1st of all, the i7 4780k does not exist, maybe you mean the i7 4790k

2nd, it does not support ddr4, but ddr3 as can be seen here: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/80807/intel-core-i7-4790k-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-40-ghz.html

3rd, the z590 chipset supports 10th, 11th gen and not 4th gen intel cpus

basically this isn't going to work anytime soon unless you buy a new cpu

gaming system: Intel core I9 12900ks / biostar Z690A valkyrie / 4x8gb corsair Vengeance @3333Mhz ram / RX 7900XTX pulse gpu / Thermalright peerless assassin 140 /Coolermaster Qube 500 case / Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 12 1500w power supply

laptop: Dell xps 9510, 3.5k OLED, i7 11800h, rtx 3050 ti, 2x16gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz, 1TB main drive, 2TB add in ssd
