So this is the 3rd time writing this so I don't even care. AND I cant paste anything or even link anything so it not formatted very well.

Anyway hi,

My parents own a toyshop (they are a bit crazy) and they are expanding into online. So they need a PC for monitoring the POS and the online sales and a bit of Microsoft word. It is to go in the Stockroom and it doesn't need that much power.

I would like to have it all bought from one place to make it a lot easier, PC Case Gear is my chosen one cause ive ordered from there b4 and was happy. The MAX budget is $500. They need a monitor, Probably a 19.5 inch cause they are cheap resolution doesn't matter much. No need for OS or Mouse/keyboard.

Again sorry for the bad formatting and spelling/grammar.

Bye

Edits - Reasoning:

Case: looks don't matter and it comes with a decent PSU (correct me if im wrong)

4 Gigs of ram because that is one of dads requirements

CPU and MOBO: Because that's all they need I believe

SSD because speed and they don't need that much space. (they have a iMac with heaps of photos and stuff and it is only 80 gigs full of 250 gigs ssd and nothing is one the 1tb hard drive)

I think that is  reasonable build. You might be able to downgrade the monitor or buy refurbished to save some money, but seeing as it fits in the budget is is good. You also might want to consider getting an AMD Apu because those are better for your price range, and unless you have a reason for getting Intel I would switch. I think the ssd is a great choice because it sounds like they will not be storing much on the machine and the faster speeds would be nice even for a budget build like this. Great job picking out the parts and this will be a great machine for them to use!

I don't understand the need for an SSD in that kind of system.

The Pentium is fine.

I'm not sure about the case, never heard of that brand, but with a Seasonic PSU you can't go wrong.

@sabot thankyou for your feed back, I will look into what you said about refurbished and an apu

@The Crazed Child The ssd because it fits in the budget I guess and it is only $10 more than a 1tb harddrive that they won even utilise. Ive never heard of that brand either but I know seasonic is a good brand.

@sabot I looked into the APU option and decided that it would be more expensive unless I went for a dual core APU and correct me if im wrong but wont and intel dual core beat an amd dual core and I don't think the graphic horsepower of an APU is needed.
