New computer audio issues

Hello I built a new computer and it runs on windows 11, I downloaded all of my drivers from the manufacturer's website but I don't get any audio and wasn't sure if anyone could give me any advice on what to do, The computer is a 13th gen 15 13600k with a MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI motherboard and a 4070 graphics card i also have a 85o watt power supply

Is it speakers, speakers in a screen or a headset or earbuds?

it is everything I cant hear sound out of speakers and my headset doesnt pop up as an option

im not sure this is what the website for the motherboard had me download, is a sound card on the motherboard or is that something i need to buy

Well what are your speakers plugged in to? Basically every desktop motherboard has a build in sound card.

I have it plugged into an audio jack and then I have my monitor, I can put the link to the download if that helps

What is plugged in? Whatr is "it"? Do you mean there's a audio cable between computer and screen? OR do you mean you have speakers plugged into the screen?

im sorry "it" is my headphones plugged into the front of my case where my power button is and the headphones dont appear as an option for sound, but my monitor does appear as an option for sound but no sound plays through it when i choose it anyway

yes that should be the usb audio driver that i showed in the photo

The odd thing is that I didn't expect it to be USB. That's new to me in my experience.

Force through all Windows updates including the requested restarts each time

yeah it is weird because before it downloads it doesnt say usb, it is only after it is downloaded that it says it

Unfortunately i'm out of recommendations at this time.

Check in the BIOS that the sound card is enabled.

i dont have any windows updates left to do that it shows

i have also checked that and it is enabled but thatnk you for trying to help me
