GPU Usage 100%

Every time I load up my computer usually when I start to load up a game or watch a video my fps drops down to 12 roughly and my GPU usage goes to around 100% consistently. And also, when I close the game, my entire computer becomes laggy until I restart it. I have also updated the GPU drivers even though they are up to date and I've downloaded the latest chipset drivers aswell.

My GPU is an RX 560 paired with a Ryzen 5 5500. I know it's not the best but its never had this issue so don't say its essentially because the GPU sucks, it runs what I want it to well.

Whenever you have weird software issues, my first suggestion is to use DDU to uninstall your drivers. https://www.wagnardsoft.com/display-driver-uninstaller-DDU- (DDU is really good at getting remnants of drivers that default uninstallers don't get) then reboot and do a fresh drivers install
