nevermind, MSI just didn't send a working motherboard

I recently got my motherboard back from an RMA from MSI. I go to test it outside of the case and it won't start. I have tested the PSU, it works. All parts were working before the RMA, and these are all the same parts as before the RMA. I have also taken out the CMOS battery and put it back in with no luck. Help would be appreciated as to how I could get this to boot.

 

Specs (all parts currently plugged in)

Motherboard: MSI MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI

RAM: 1x Ballistix 8gb 3600MHz (have 4, only one in)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5700G

PSU: EVGA Supernova 850 G6
