VivoTab Pressure Sensitivity

I have a VivoTab TF810c and I have never been able to get the pressure sensitivity to work, I mailed ASUS about it but they just said they couldn't help me because it was a software problem. So I mailed Wacom and they instantly sent me a link to an update that would help me, it was a beta update. But no matter what I do it always says that there isn't any tablet connected to install the software on, but the VivoTab is a tablet PC, which the update is for specifically, so why doesn't it work? When I use another install file that lies in the update folder it just say that a certain .dll file is missing and when I add in the one that is included in the map it says there is no search destination or something. So whatever I try it doesn't work and I'm going crazy here, do anyone know whats wrong?
