I've been trying out steamvr recently with my new (to me) Quest 2. Its great, when it works. I was using it for a few days with almost no issues. My pc uses Wi-Fi and not ethernet, which it warned me about, but it never posed a problem. I've played Beam NG VR, SCP Lab rat, Propagation and more and for the first few days they were all great. Now though, it barely works at all. Nothing has changed at all, but now my oculus keeps only connecting to 2.4ghz Wi-Fi and steam vr says it needs to restart cause it failed like every 5 minutes. I get error code 200 a lot but none of the common fixes ive seen have done anything. My PC has no trouble connecting to 5ghz either. I have Wi-Fi 6 and all the compatible antennas and stuff, and I've never had this issue before. My router is a bit far away, behind a few walls but i have a small house. Would a range extender maybe help?

Its just weird how one day it suddenly stopped working. I would try and use a cable instead of wireless but i don't have any USBC data cables, and my PC only has usb 3.0 ports anyway, no usbc. If anyone knows of a decent usbc to usba data cable that's like 6 feet long or so, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
