It would be okay, but there are a few areas to improve upon.  CPU, cooler and RAM should be rebalanced.

GPU is okay but at that level may as well just get the 7900XTX or 4080 Super.

Would this be a good build?

Your frames per second are going to struggle with that resolution + your choice of gpu.  The RTX 4070 Ti 12GB / RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB are geared towards gaming at 1440P.  No need for a SSD w/heatsink seeing how pretty much all new boards these days include at least one M.2 heatsink for your SSD.

7800x3d + 4080s + 64gb 6000c32

7700x -> 7800x3d

4070ti -> 4080s

48gb 6000c42 -> 64gb 6000c32

1000w -> 1300w psu whilst cutting cost by 40$

case is personal preference but id downsize cause full tower cases are huge, maybe if you got a b650e taichi lite then it wouldnt look as silly but yeah case is huge

I'm wanting to build a pc that is somewhat future proof something I can upgrade and expand if I need to that's why I thought a bigger case

That resolution is going to be a killer. The only true 4K gaming gpu atm is the RTX 4090 24GB.
