Inconsistent Sound stages

Here's what's happening — in most games I play, the music is very low compared to the other sound effects. I have realtek installed, I have the option to enable or disable loud equalization. Turning that on does raise the music volume to an appropriate level, but really suppress other sources like gunshots. Any clue?

Loud equalization makes low noise louder and high noise lower. though in general..it's better to turn it off cause it does a lot of wacky things.

honestly it just sounds like you need to adjust the Audio/SFX settings in each game. I know most games nowadays have the SFX way to loud, or hte music too loud to hear the voice or vice versa.

even with the loud equal. off, some settings for music cannot be leveled with other sources. Like say Battlefield for example.
