Windows 10 Audio Issues With Bluetooth Headset

So I'm having some major audio issues that cannot seem to pin-point the source. This is new and popped it randomly. My audio was fine up until today. My issues are as followed for the Stereo BT option:

1. When playing games (audio coming from JBL BT headset as default) my audio goes out. The only way to get the audio back is to disconnect/reconnect my BT headset.
2. When screen recording with geforce experience (yes, I know we all hate it, but it's convenient) my audio goes, not matter what the default audio source is in WIN10 audio settings or the "Sound" setting when I right click on the audio icon at the bottom right next to the time on my desktop. However, my in-game audio is still in the screen recording itself.

In Sound -> Playback setting, my BT headset shows that audio is playing, with the green indicator and is set a default. I have a "Stereo" & "Hands-free" options. I can hear audio in the Hands-free audio mode... but the audio is so freaking bad. All audio settings are currently set as default for WIN10 & In-game. I haven't changed any audio settings before today. All drivers a up-to-date for WIN10, games and Geforce Experience.

I'm at a lost here. Any help would be great.
