AMD EXPO boot issue

Hopefully someone can help me with this as I’m unsure how to fix this. 

Issue: I have been having freezing problems when it comes to the new update on MWIII and cannot really find much on how to fix it, but I saw somebody say to turn off my AMD EXPO on my RAM. But upon turning off AMD EXPO and saving/restarting I am left with a black screen after the motherboard load screen.

 

I have left it for a while to see if it would load which did nothing and upon turning AMD EXPO back on to see if that would fix it, I’m still left with a black screen. Hopefully I have not messed something up

-BIOS is up to date

a quick google search came up with this : You got to enable not one Memory Context Restore in AI Tweak but the second one as well in Advanced/AMD CBS/DDR Options/DDR Memory Features or else you get BSOD/DRAM orange light errors.

 

The user reported also using an asus mobo.
