So I recently installed a riser cable (Fractal Design FD-A-FLX2-002 Flex 2 Pcie 4 Riser) and now when I switch my pc on my screen just stays black, however when I plug an additional screen directly in to the motherboard HDMI port the additional screen comes on and then the screen plugged in to the GPU also switches on.  Then I can unplug the screen from the motherboard and all is normal.  When I then restart my pc with just the screen connected to the GPU that is in the riser cable same problem until I plug the additional screen in to the motherboard.  I am no expert in BIOS settings so i would like to know if anyone has a sollution to this problem?  Thank you!

PC Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 7600

MSI PRO B650-S Wifi (MS-7E26)

MSI RTX 4060 Ventus 2X 8GB OC

Kingston Fury Beast 2x16GB DDR5 5600MHz

Windows 11 Version 23H2

I hate MOST riser configs with my life. They cheap it out and then the whole weight of the GPU sags out off it...

Why not change orientation?

This is a nice sturdy one and I really want my GPU sideways 🙂
