A good memory benchmarker?

I am trynna test something, and for that I need a free memory benchmarking software. I could just go Aida64 or PassMark, but specifically, I want a software which can test mass I/O and random read/writes to RAM. So, you could say it also involves how the OS manages memory. Is there such a software?

Microsoft owns my soul.

Also, Dell is evil, but HP kinda nice.

y-cruncher is very memory intensive but it will not tell you the read/write/copy speeds or latency. It is a good memory benchmark to compare memory performance based on score though.

Not comparable vs results on different CPU.

@WereCat

Nah, I am looking for something else. A program which takes in account of the software instead of directly communicating with the hardware. And I don't want a program to which just performs operation on a small fixed memory space. It's like a program doing mass allocation and deallocations, which stresses not only the memory, but also the OS. Something like that.
