well, well, well, look at that,  it fixed itself after annoying me for just like 3 days straight!

Its permanently stuck in this "notification orange" but funny enough only when minimized (which is 99% of the time)

anyone else has this? just curious if its a common thing since it only seems to happen since last Steam client update.
