My dell inspiron 15 3520 has had wifi issues recently. My phone and tv are working perfectly fine even at a distance, (fine is an understatement my phone and tv are streaming 4k same time without buffering), but even with them both off and disconnected, my laptop shows between 0-512Kbps when trying to play any online game or watch a youtube video, and I get insane buffering that takes forever. (No this is not linked to the youtube outage, I know that was going on, this also occurs while playing games like roblox, with INSANE ping going up as high as 13k?????) Help. 

Edit: Roblox refuses to open now and crashes on "initializing device". I also tried with the finals and fortnite and same results
