My replacement carabiners for the LTT backpack arrived today

For context, I filled out the shipping address form for the replacement carabiners a month or two ago and uploaded images of my currently broken carabiners, and I got the USPS informed notification e-mail yesterday with the tracking number. I live just south of Vancouver, BC on the other side of the border, so I got it fairly quickly. I just replaced all four of my broken carabiners, and the whole process was dead simple. The new carabiners also feel much more solid.

 

Thanks to the LTT team for making the replacement process easy.

Just got mine. The crimp tool is a bit on the tight side and I had to use one of the pulls as a tool to shove the zipper in. I also had to re crimp them about a total of 2-3 times to get them to where I was comfortable with them being attached and not worried about them coming off.
